For personal accounts you own, with no active Go, Plus or Pro subscription and no Team membership. Subscription top-ups do not include Gateway credits.
Before paying, tell us how you previously subscribed, your subscription’s expiry date, and whether you have had any zero-cost or irregular top-ups. If you previously subscribed through iOS or Google Play, you may need to wait after your subscription expires. We will check eligibility first.
We do not accept purchased accounts. The subscription is for your own normal use, not sharing, resale, reverse-proxy access or KYC verification for others. Any phone verification must be completed by the account holder.
The subscription warranty lasts 30 days from successful activation. If you lose your subscription for reasons not caused by you, your refund is calculated as: amount paid × unused days ÷ 30. With 15 days remaining, that is CNY 65 for Plus or CNY 350 for Pro 5×.
The warranty covers your subscription; it does not guarantee protection from account bans. Restrictions caused by your misuse or undisclosed account history are not covered. This exclusion does not apply to problems caused by our service.
You receive 20 internal credits. Each API call deducts 0.35 times the model’s base charge. Usage depends on the model, input and output length, and caching—not a fixed number of conversations or tokens. Tell us the models and tasks you have in mind when you contact us.
These two top-up services are for personal accounts without an active Go, Plus or Pro subscription. Tell us the expiry date and original payment channel. We check eligibility before arranging payment; we do not promise to stack subscriptions or upgrade an active plan.
