Enquiries and purchases

When you contact us by email or QQ, we receive the contact details and messages you provide. For a purchase, we use the selected service, necessary account eligibility details, payment reference and delivery or refund records to answer your enquiry, fulfil the agreed service, verify transactions and handle disputes. These purposes relate to your request or contract, service security and applicable legal duties. Buying a guide does not include ongoing support. Do not send passwords, full Session or Cookie values, API keys or payment credentials.

Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, email and QQ providers process information needed to deliver the website and your communications. The site also requests fonts from Google and uses Google Analytics as explained in our Cookie policy. Providers may process data outside your country under their own terms. For subscription top-ups, we share only the account and order information needed for fulfilment with the relevant service provider, and confirm required information before payment. We may disclose necessary records where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention and your rights

We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose described, order verification, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. Browser storage periods are listed in our Cookie policy. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable law, or to ask about the operator and specific data processing. We may verify your identity in proportion to the request and explain any records we must retain. Where applicable, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Product policies

Gateway accounts and API requests are handled on api.onvori.ai. The Gateway service terms explain account data, usage and billing records, request forwarding to upstream models and related privacy requests. Please check those terms before submitting sensitive content; we do not promise end-to-end zero retention.
