Before payment
We confirm the service, price, delivery and refund terms before payment. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, or charge you twice, we refund the undelivered portion or duplicate payment. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Plus or Pro on your own ChatGPT account
The subscription warranty lasts 30 days from successful activation. If you lose your subscription for reasons not caused by you, your refund is calculated as: amount paid × unused days ÷ 30. With 15 days remaining, that is CNY 65 for Plus or CNY 350 for Pro 5×.
The warranty covers your subscription; it does not guarantee protection from account bans. Restrictions caused by your misuse or undisclosed account history are not covered. This exclusion does not apply to problems caused by our service.
Plus / Pro top-up guide
An illustrated guide for Plus and Pro. Documents only: no Q&A, hands-on assistance or after-sales support. Subscription fees are separate. No refunds, except where required by law.
Gateway access
Gateway credits are separate from ChatGPT subscriptions. Duplicate charges, services we cannot fulfil and refunds required by law are covered by the Gateway service terms. Unused credits are not refundable solely because you no longer want to use them, unless required by law or otherwise validly agreed.
Contact
Contact support@onvori.ai with the service, payment reference, date and reason for your request. For subscription loss, include the activation date and when you noticed the loss. Do not send passwords, full Session or Cookie values, API keys or payment credentials.
